5.1.19
Current18 October 2026
- Scheduled-task log in the Support tab — the Support tab of the setup now offers, besides the module log, the log written when the module runs as a scheduled task (a second file), with a download button for each. The size shown is that of both files combined.
- After the update — no database migration, no return modified.
5.1.18
15 October 2026
- Line 15 posted to the adjustment account — in the settlement entry, previously deducted VAT to be repaid (line 15) is debited to the adjustment account (4458) when the VAT held there covers it, instead of an output VAT account. Otherwise it stays in output VAT and the review gives the reason. The rounding difference stays on 4458; a batch B is refused while a settlement entry carries line 15.
- After the update — no database migration, no return modified.
5.1.17
October 15, 2026
- Balance entry with lines 2C and 5B — a return with amounts to deduct (2C) or to add (5B) is no longer refused. The part explained by batch B is reversed account by account, the rest goes to the regularisation account (4458); the forced gap of lines 19/20 is carried to 44567, so shares claimed elsewhere can be entered. Batch B comes first; a batch B is refused while a balance entry carries 2C/5B.
- Manual entry attachable despite a forced gap — new proof: the supporting document is not retained by the line’s calculation for the period. The review gives the reason (period, status, type, country, project, line, expense report), with safeguards for documents modified after the forcing.
- After the update — no database migration, no return modified.
5.1.16
October 13, 2026
- Manual reversal: no more false warning — the “manual entry reversed by hand” warning now only matches a document that names the entry with EXTOURNE-<piece> or has an equal amount; it no longer wrongly advises detaching an entry. In the 44567 tracking, two manual documents where one reverses the other show as “Manual entry reversed (paired with document no. X)”, on screen and in the CSV export; the out-of-module total is unchanged.
- Share claimed elsewhere — the supporting document of an omission of the return is offered for its share, including an expense report whose VAT only appears in the accounting entry. New “Target line” field: 21 (default), 20 or none; “(line 21)” is no longer forced.
- After the update — no database migration, no return modified.
5.1.15
October 13, 2026
- Share claimed on another return, excluded from the batch B cap — on a validated or locked return, the “Shares claimed on another return” block records the share of an omission (or of the forced gap) already claimed elsewhere, with amount, supporting document and reason. That share is deducted from the batch B cap, so it never settles the same VAT twice. The batch B screen shows a per-origin check (gap, share claimed elsewhere, batch B base, projected 44567 balance) and asks for an acknowledgement before writing if the balance differs from the shares. A share is corrected by cancelling it, with history; if the database cannot be read, the operation is refused rather than ignored.
- Manual 44567 entry attachable despite a forced gap — attaching is no longer refused when the supporting document (supplier invoice or expense report) was created after the last human forcing of the line: it could not be part of the calculated amount. The review shows “not included in the forced gap” with both dates; a plain text reference does not lift the guard.
- After the update — deactivate then reactivate the module to run the database migration (new table for shares claimed elsewhere). No validated or locked return is modified.
5.1.14
October 13, 2026
- Additional omission of deductible VAT — on a validated or locked return that omitted deductible VAT, a dedicated action (amount, reason, supporting document) writes the catch-up entry and updates the lines 19/20 gap, without returning to draft. Cancellable; visible in the summary, the regularisation screen, the PDF annex and the API. The body of the CA3 is unchanged.
- Manual 44567 entry can be attached to a validated or locked return, and detached as long as it has not been consumed.
- Actual deductible VAT balance shown on the “VAT entry” page: a remainder left in 44566 after a reversal is no longer silent.
- Closed fiscal year — carry-over to 44567 is proposed by default; expense account 6352 requires an explicit acknowledgement. A period ending on the last day of a fiscal year (Q4 on 31/12) is now correctly attached to its year.
- Reimbursed expense reports — booked VAT higher than that of the lines is flagged, with “Propose as omission” (“expense reports” setting required).
- Clearer regularisations — art. 208 nature carried over on return to draft, “regularised, filing pending” state with a limitation countdown, deadlines always shown on exactly 31/12 whatever the time zone.
- Fixes — truncated art. 208 qualification (automatic migration; check the credits screen and the override summary), CSV exports protected against formula injection, L176 reassessment period counted through 31/12 inclusive, Dolibarr 18 compatibility.
- After updating, deactivate then reactivate the module to run the database migration. No validated or locked return is modified.
5.1.13
October 7, 2026
- Balance entry can be rewritten after a reversal — the new entry carries a rank (-R1, -R2…) instead of being refused; the confirmation screen announces the reference before the click.
- Reversals dated like the original entry — all reversals in the module now propose the date of the reversed entry (editable), no longer today’s date.
- Batch B — a lines 19/20 gap carried over without an expense entry is now settled, origin by origin. Behaviour change: an expense entry with no matching carry-over no longer gives a ceiling.
- Base columns — lines 09, 9B and 10 carry the number of their CERFA line; the base of line 10 (overseas 8.5%) is entered and overridden like the others.
- Rate reclassification — the 5.5% / 10% pair is regularised on a later return; new “Suspense accounts” screen for 44567.
5.1.2
October 3, 2026
- Time bar (art. 208) — the omission year of an override on lines 19 and 20 is now the year the period ends. Previously, on a Q1, these overrides were dated one year too early, so they were treated as time-barred too soon and the expense-reclassification entry was proposed too soon. Line 22 is unchanged.
- A single calculation rule now feeds the return sheet, the PDF, the summary and the eligibility for adjusting entries.
5.1.1
October 1, 2026
- Alert on lodging expenses that carry VAT — hotel, holiday rental, furnished rental, ancillary fees included, on the period’s supplier invoices and expense reports (art. 206 IV-2-3 ann. II CGI).
- A warning that never blocks, can be acknowledged in one click and lapses if the VAT changes. No invoice is modified.
- Keywords and expense types adjustable in the configuration; an invoice linked to a project with non-deductible VAT is not flagged.
5.1.0
October 1, 2026
- Alert on a restaurant or food receipt entered entirely at 20% — it prevents overstating deductible VAT when the actual rates are 5.5%, 10% or 20% depending on the line. Non-blocking, acknowledgeable, adjustable.
- Discrepancy summary filterable by fiscal year — “To process” by default, a specific year or “All”, like the adjusting entries screen.
- Heads-up: the summary’s CSV export now starts with a “Fiscal year” line followed by an empty line, before the column header.
- Dolibarr 18 → 24 — wider compatibility, tested on 18, 23 and 24.
5.0
September 2026
